OF STOCK OR LIMITED STOCK ITEMS
We try to
ensure that all items are in stock, but if an item has a high
turnover it may be temporarily out of stock. If an
item is marked as Out of Stock or limited stock, this is
usually temporary but it can be pre-ordered and payment is not
processed until the order is despatched.

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours, but
during busy times such as Christmas, orders may take longer to
despatch. Any orders received on a weekend or Bank
Holiday will be despatched on the next business day.
We do not process
payment for any order until it is despatched. You
will NOT be charged extra postage if an out of stock item
is sent at a later date.

POSTAGE
Postage is calculated on the
weight of your order. We offer First Class, First Class
Recorded Delivery, Second Class or Standard Parcel for larger
orders. If you have a query about
postage costs when placing an order, please don't hesitate to
email or phone us. We also obtain proof of posting
for every order.

We do ship to Europe, USA and the
rest of the world. If you would like a postage
