TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • DELIVERY
    We aim to despatch orders on the same day.   Any orders received after 4pm on a business day, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next business day.   If any part of your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery time and the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
  • POSTAGE  
    Postage is calculated on the weight of your order and we only charge you the amount we pay.  We offer First Class, Second Class or Standard Parcel for larger orders.     If you have a query about postage costs when placing an order, please don't hesitate to email or phone us.     Postage costs are detailed below.   We also obtain proof of posting for every order.
  • ALL ORDERS OF £100 AND OVER ARE POSTAGE FREE.   THE POSTAGE WILL BE DELETED FROM YOUR INVOICE.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
         We do ship to Europe, USA and the rest of the world.   Please see below for postage prices and if you have any queries of special requests, please don't hesitate to email us.
  • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
    We try to ensure that all items are in stock, but if an item has a high turnover it may be temporarily out of stock.  We will advise you immediately if an item is out of stock and offer you the option to cancel your order or wait until it is back in stock.    This is usually within a few days.  We don't take payment for any item until it is in stock.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
    Every effort is made to offer a first class service, but if you have any problems at all with the quality of goods or standard of service you receive, please do not hesitate to contact us when we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
  • CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD SECURITY
    We can assure you that our website is secure and all credit or debit payments are handled by Roman Cart on their secure pages.   We do not retain any customer card details.
  • RETURNS 
    We accept returns on any item you are not happy with as it is a challenge to show true colours online!!
